At Jay C Taylor Photography, each image represents a lived moment — captured through travel, shaped by light, and preserved with intention. Every print is produced with care to honor the integrity of the original work. If you need assistance with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.

Due to the exclusive and instantly accessible nature of digital fine art, all digital purchases are considered final once downloaded. Refunds may be considered within three (3) days of purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded or accessed. Customized or specially commissioned digital works are non-refundable. We stand behind the quality of every physical print. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the artwork:

• Remains in original condition
• Has not been displayed, altered, or damaged
• Is returned in its original protective packaging

You will receive return authorization instructions. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend insured, trackable shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the print. We will address the matter promptly.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Please allow adequate time for processing and bank clearing cycles. For any questions regarding your purchase:
