However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Digital Product Returns - We accept returns for digital products within three (3) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the digital product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for digital products within three (3) days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the digital product must not have been downloaded.
2. Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain digital products may not be eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Products explicitly marked as non-refundable.
- Customized or personalized digital products.
- Digital products purchased through third-party platforms or resellers.
3. Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@jayctaylor.com.
- Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 5 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse or misuse of our digital products.
- In the event of technical issues or product defects, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, the purchase becomes final, and cancellation may not be possible.
- Subscription-based products may have specific cancellation terms outlined in their respective agreements.

- We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Physical Product Returns - All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
1. Return Process:
- To return an item, please email customer service at hello@jayctaylor.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
2. Refunds:
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
3. Exceptions:
- For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
